▪Zaporozhye - 98.19% in favor (18% of votes counted)
▪Donetsk People’s Republic - 97.91% in favor (14% of votes counted)
▪Lugansk People’s Republic - 97.82% in favor (13% of votes counted)
▪Kherson - 96.97% in favor (14% of votes counted)

S&P 500 just broke through it's June lows. Now at it's lowest since Dec 2020.
