Currently multiple law enforcements are on scene of a mass shooting that took place during a high school graduation ceremony in Monroe Park on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia. Police are reporting that at least 5 people have been shot with severe injuries and one suspect has been arrested
