“Details of prosecutors’ battles to obtain testimony from high-level White House aides to Donald Trump may soon become public, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday…

“The district court’s decision was correct when it issued. But things have changed,” the judges declared. “There is little doubt that the Office of Special Counsel’s disclosure of the privilege disputes substantively and materially changed the state of play in this case and its impact on the merits of Politico’s request for disclosure should be considered.”

It was not immediately clear whether Smith would appeal the decision to the full bench of the D.C. Circuit or to the Supreme Court. If the ruling stands, it is likely to result in a more detailed look at the secretive battles that prosecutors fought in order to secure testimony from figures like former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows, White House Counsel Pat Cipollone and top aides to former Vice President Mike Pence.”

Founders And CEO Of Cryptocurrency Mixing Service Arrested And Charged With Money Laundering And Unlicensed Money Transmitting Offenses


Unsealed today, an “Indictment charging KEONNE RODRIGUEZ, the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Samourai Wallet (“Samourai”), and WILLIAM LONERGAN HILL, the Chief Technology Officer and also a co-founder of Samourai, with conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business.  These charges arise from the defendants’ development, marketing, and operation of a cryptocurrency mixer that executed over $2 billion in unlawful transactions and facilitated more than $100 million in money laundering transactions from illegal dark web markets, such as Silk Road and Hydra Market; a web-server intrusion; a spearphishing scheme; and schemes to defraud multiple decentralized finance protocols. 

RODRIGUEZ was arrested this morning and is expected to be presented today or tomorrow before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Western District of Pennsylvania.  HILL was arrested this morning in Portugal based on the U.S. criminal charges.  The United States will seek HILL’s extradition to stand trial in the United States.”

Prosecutors in the hush money case have provided clarity in court regarding the alleged crime President Trump purportedly intended to hide, which had not been explicitly outlined in Bragg’s initial indictment.

Framing the Trump Trial(s) as a War of Attrition works when viewed through the lens of Game Theory.

Such framing suggests that prosecutors that have been put up to the ongoing Witch Hunt may look for the opportunity to find off-ramps from bringing said prosecutions to their implied end points that could result in either Trump's codified/proven innocence, or in Supreme Court challenges they'd probably rather not see.

When we flip this around, we begin to see that Trump and company have the lawfare department in a bit of a Kobayashi Maru (an impossible task,) caught between continuing their bogus inquiries (and thus, setting all sorts of legal precedent they'd rather not contend with,) or being seen dropping the charade in full view of an awakening populace.

This 'baiting' strategy is one patriots have employed all over the game board, from the Witch Hunt to the 2024 election.

Whether they convict or acquit, steal or submit, the world is watching.
