Farmers today held a protest in Cardiff as the Welsh Government announced a major backdown in its plans to change the way farmers are subsidised.
The protest in the city centre had been organised before Welsh farming minister, Huw Irranca-Davies used a press conference on Tuesday morning to announce a year-long delay to the rollout of the controversial post-EU subsidy scheme.
