In a conversation with the lawyer and former chief of staff, Tatiana Mendes, she reported that the state has been in conditions similar to those that exist today in Brazil and especially in Rio Grande do Norte, in 2015.
A crucial point reported by Tatiana was to cut off the communications of the inmates with the outside world, another point addressed was the demands of the prisoners, today they want TVs that have been removed since they demand sockets that in turn are used for cell phone chargers in addition to intimate visits 3x a week.
Apparently there was a loosening in the prison system with the withdrawal of strict procedures which left the state on its knees notably and mainly to the detriment of the criminal factions that massively supported the re-election of the current leftist governor and that today is being charged for the "support” that was requested.
State police officers are refusing to meddle in these issues.

The legal adviser to the Government of Santa Cruz, Efraín Suárez, went to the maximum security prison of Chonchocoro, in the Sierra de la Paz, where Camacho is as a political prisoner, to deliver a regional law approved last weekend by the Legislative Assembly of that region.
“The law establishes the mechanisms that determine when the temporary absence in the city of Santa Cruz is activated, so that the government replacement can take place", he explained.
He added that the norm stipulates that in the "preventive detention of Governor there is no temporary absence", and “the political rights of a person are not suspended”, so Camacho will be able to govern from the jail.
