A Patriot battery comes with radar, lots of computers, power generating equipment, and an “engagement control station”.

🦅 The United States-led military bloc is a party to the conflict in Ukraine against Russia. In short, NATO is at war with Russia 💢 So, why is Russia limiting its military targets to Ukrainian territory?

Moscow has said repeatedly that the proxy war in Ukraine between NATO and Russia has become increasingly evident from the United States and its allies pumping up to $100 billion of weaponry into the former Soviet republic. There can be no illusions about the situation.

NATO’s participation has become increasingly deeper and more concerted. Not so long ago, the U.S. was at pains to emphasize its military aid was “defensive only” and “non-lethal”. NATO member Germany was formerly ridiculed for limiting its equipment to “helmets”.

Now the United States and its allies are supplying longer-range rockets, Patriot anti-aircraft systems that could shoot down Russian fighter jets in Russian airspace, as well as delivering main battle tanks.

If Moscow does nothing except issue warnings to NATO that are ignored or derided, it seems inevitable that the NATO powers will continue to escalate 💢

Has the time come for Russia to use “military-technical measures” against NATO members?

💰 Immediately after the start of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, key players in the coalition supporting Ukraine, as well as transatlantic financial institutions and think tanks, were already discussing the governance and financing of Ukraine’s reconstruction.

They invariably framed it as a historic opportunity for the country: like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Ukraine would become a beacon of freedom, democracy and rule-of-law, a testimonial for Build Back Better, a “green and digital economy” success story; the country would leapfrog several stages of economic and governmental development and its economic growth would replicate Germany’s post-war boom. Unsurprisingly, the more recent and far less inspiring examples of Western-led ‘reconstruction’ in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan didn’t earn mention.

The speed with which fantastical narratives of recovery and reconstruction were churned out shouldn’t surprise anyone because they had been concocted years earlier as part of several ‘reform plans’ for Ukraine 🤔

The Russians were outnumbered by the Ukrainian forces, showing this was not a pre-planned invasion. Military strategy suggests the attacker must outnumber the opponent 3:1. But this was designed to get ahead of Ukraine's attack.

❗️Russia thinks of the Ukraine as brother-Slavic peoples. When civilians walked out on a road in front of a tank - that tank stopped. I can tell you [an American] tank in Vietnam would not have stopped.

Russia carries out its Operation humanely - but Washington will fight until the last Ukrainian.

Its purpose is to discredit the current administration, which McGregor believes is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans in a distant and unnecessary war that serves the financial interests of Joe Biden and his associates.
