It’s probably worth noting that suspending normal parliamentary process to create and introduce a bill banning “nazi salutes” is Attorney General Mark Dreyfus and the Shadow Attorney General Julian Leeser, both of whom are Jewish.

Personally, I think making the Roman salute illegal in Australia could have the opposite of the desired affect.

The surest way to make school-age boys (read: the next generation) want to do something is to ban it.
Boys are especially more likely to do or want to learn about something that seems to produce illogically hysterical reactions.

It’s just extending your arm. That’s the way the youth are going to see it and making a gesture like that illegal could see it become part of youth counter-culture.
The proper use of carbohydrates for building more muscle:

Carbohydrates are muscle energy, they make your muscles stronger but there’s a cut off point where the cup is full and adding anything more will just result in overflow and mess.

The more glycogen (carbohydrate) your muscles hold, the stronger they’ll be.
The stronger your muscles are the larger they’ll become.
And bigger muscles need more glycogen. But it’s not as simple as just eating more carbs.

To increase muscle glycogen stores you need to increase your insulin sensitivity.

If we overeat carbs (especially sweet carbs) or eat carbs too frequently, our muscle cells start to become insulin-resistant, which means they start rejecting the glucose energy from the carbohydrates we eat.
If glucose can’t get into the muscle cells, it circulates through the blood and ends up getting stored in the liver, turning to fat and contributing to inflammation.

By eating carbs less frequently, we give our muscle cells a chance to crave glucose and become more sensitive to insulin, so that when we do consume carbs, our muscles drink up all of that energy.

This is why I tend to consume most of my carbohydrates only before and/or after training, after training or after a fast is when our muscles are most sensitive to insulin and willing to accept more glucose.

"My preselection character references include two prominent left-wing lesbians"

This is where the country is currently at; this is what Australian politicians feel they need to say, just to remain in parliament; “My presence here is justified because I have left-wing lesbian friends”.

“Transgender” school shooters now.

This is probably a good time to put this out there:

There is no such thing as transgender.
A “transgender” is just a transvestite, the literal definition of which is somebody who dresses up like a member of the other sex. That’s all so-called transgenders are doing at the end of the day, they’re men pretending to be women, or women pretending to be men because they’re deranged, delusional and dangerous.

As a general rule, they’re always addicted to a combination of drugs, including hormone replacement therapy, narcotics and prescription medications ranging from amphetamines to anti-psychotics, which alter their understanding of themselves and of reality.

The continuous exposure, normalisation and outright encouragement of this lifestyle of drug-abuse, sex-obsession, self-mutation and extreme delusions is currently among the most repulsive crimes against humanity, especially when we consider the targeted audience is always children.
