"A Mar-a-Lago employee who helped move boxes of documents last June has been questioned about his conduct weeks later related to a government demand for surveillance footage from Donald Trump’s property, according to a person familiar with the federal probe of the former president’s handling of classified material.

The employee’s actions in June and July have caught the attention of special counsel Jack Smith’s investigators as they try to determine whether Trump or people close to him sought to obstruct justice in the face of a grand jury subpoena to return all documents marked classified, or lied about what happened, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive investigation.

The Washington Post reported last week that the employee was questioned repeatedly by investigators after he was seen on video footage helping another Trump aide, Walt Nauta, move boxes into a Mar-a-Lago storage room on June 2, the day before a top Justice Department official arrived with FBI agents to collect classified material in response to the subpoena."

‘Multiple Justice Department whistleblowers have come forward to Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley as part of his ongoing investigation into the Biden family business practices, according to three sources familiar with the matter, including a former Justice Department tax official.  

The sources told CBS News the whistleblower disclosures raised concerns about the Hunter Biden investigation, with allegations including "irregular handling" of evidence and a claim that "standard investigatory procedures were not being followed," allegedly hindering the probe's progress.

More specifically, whistleblowers said that during the FBI investigation, derogatory evidence related to President Biden's son, Hunter Biden, was wrongly labeled as disinformation, when it could be or had already been verified. In some cases, they claimed derogatory evidence was placed in highly restricted systems that prevented other FBI investigators from reviewing it in the course of their related work.’

Comer said on Fox this morning that his call with Wray is around 1:30pm ET.

The FBI says they will cooperate with the Oversight Committee, but state they fear that turning over the documents “could potentially jeopardize investigations and put lives at risk.”

This Chick-Fil-A narrative is drawing attention to a much larger problem that DEI is creating for Corporate America.

Rep Chris Stewart (R) has resigned his office, citing concerns for his wife's health.

He was expected to run for Romney's Senate seat in the near future.

He will leave office following an "orderly transition".

McCarthy has a 4 vote margin in the House. With Stewart leaving and Santos likely to be expelled sooner rather than later, that margin is gonna shrink.

'Fugitive Malaysian financier Jho Low, wanted for his key role in the multibillion-dollar 1MDB scandal, is believed to be hiding in Macau, Malaysia's anti-graft agency said on Tuesday, confirming an earlier report by Al Jazeera.

Al Jazeera had cited a written response from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to its queries on Low's whereabouts.

"This was also confirmed by several individuals who have seen Jho Low in Macau," Al Jazeera quoted the MACC as saying.'

'Low, whose full name is Low Taek Jho, has been charged in Malaysia and the United States for allegedly masterminding the theft of $4.5 billion from state fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).'
