"After 9 months in custody: Prosecutor brings charges against Querdenken founder
Since last summer, Michael Ballweg has been in custody in the Stammheim correctional facility. Weitergehende Auskünfte könnten derzeit nicht erteilt werden, heißt es.
Ballweg sitzt seit rund neun Monaten in Untersuchungshaft.

Dopo 9 mesi di detenzione: il pubblico ministero sporge denuncia contro il fondatore di QUERDENKEN

Dalla scorsa estate, Michael Ballweg è detenuto nel penitenziario di Stammheim.
"Achtung, Reichelt!" appreso in esclusiva:

"Sebbene l'accusa originale di frode di donazione completata non potesse essere tenuta, lunedì l'ufficio del pubblico ministero di Stoccarda ha intentato una causa contro il fondatore del movimento QUERDENKEN."

Dal 29/06/2022 il fondatore di QUERDENKEN, Michael Ballweg è detenuto sotto inchiesta a Stoccarda Stammheim. In origine il pubblico ministero inquirente dott. Gräfe aveva accusato l'imprenditore informatico di aver utilizzato per scopi privati ​​640.000 euro di donazioni, che Ballweg aveva raccolto durante la crisi Covid per le manifestazioni del movimento QUERDENKEN. Secondo gli avvocati di Ballweg, l'accusa da allora si è ridotta a un prestito di 146.000 euro per i suoi scopi e ha tentato piuttosto che completato la frode della donazione.

Non chiara la lunga determinazione
